My art practice incorporates drawing, painting and collage, but principally sculpture. This is informed by a continued interest in environment, architecture, design and the relationship between materials, processes and technical solutions.

I explore the interplay between form, space, volume, tension and balance and respond directly to the materials to hand and fabrication methods. This inevitably changes the initial ideas and end result, but is essential to my creative process whether for large outdoor or smaller indoor sculpture.
