Sally was brought up on a farm in rural North Lancashire and now resides in the South Cumbrian village of Holme. Sally studied art for two years at Lancaster & Morecambe college, finishing her education at Cleveland College, studying Textile Print and Surface Pattern design.

Recently, she has picked up a paint brush again and turned her passion of nature and wildlife into portaits of British birds, mainly using acrylics on canvas to capture the colours of thier feathers and expressions.
