Michael Jenkins' studioWe work from home in purpose-built studios, in converted outhouses, garages and sheds, in the spare room and on the kitchen table – or from studio premises and arts venues around the area, such as Green Door’s own studio base in the heart of Kendal; Holme Mills in Holme; Yew Tree Barn, near Low Newton; or Farfield Mill, just outside Sedbergh.

 

Rosie Wates in her studioEach year, Green Door runs its established open studios event, the Green Door Art Trail – now in its 8th year, and this year from 5 to 7 October 2012. For more information about the trail and participating artists, click here.
