James makes a range of ceramic stoneware, thrown at the potter's wheel. His work is decorated using oriental glazes and fired in a gas kiln.

Statement: Mixed media work, combining fabric, paper, stitch and print. Contemporary and semi-abstract images inspired by travelling, landscape and architecture. Also on show will be sketchbooks and work in progress.

Statement: At the moment I am painting in oil and I work from flowers, landscape, the nude figure and still life. I also draw from the same subjects, mainly in conté.
